This section covers how to manage client reviews, company profiles, staff access, and support tools to maintain credibility, ensure smooth operations, and provide assistance when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company Review<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company Review<\/strong> feature allows you to view, manage, and respond to client reviews. It helps maintain credibility, monitor customer satisfaction, and control the content displayed on your public company listing page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Types of Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Client reviews are grouped into three categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Positive<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Neutral<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negative<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    This categorization makes it easy to analyze overall client perception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Approval Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Reviews submitted by clients do not<\/strong> appear publicly immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Administrators review and approve or reject submissions to ensure they meet platform content standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Responding to Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • You can reply to approved reviews to engage clients, address concerns, or acknowledge positive feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Responses appear publicly on your listing website alongside the review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Managing Review Permissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        To disable client reviews:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to Settings \u2192 Other \u2192 Messages & Review Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Toggle Disable Reviews<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Once disabled, clients can no longer submit reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Review Monitoring<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • The system automatically screens for potential fake or invalid reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Only reviews from verified clients are accepted to maintain fairness and authenticity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Accessing Company Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • Only users with Company Director<\/strong> or Branch Manager<\/strong> roles can access the Reviews section on the dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Viewing Reviews on the Company Website<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click your Profile<\/strong> at the top-right corner of the dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Select Home Page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Scroll to Client Success Story<\/strong>, or go to the footer and click About Us & Reviews<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Home Page & Company Listing Website<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Your company listing website is automatically created by the platform.
                  Any updates made in the dashboard\u2014such as adding properties, creating branches, managing staff accounts, or editing company details\u2014are reflected on the website within 1\u20132 minutes<\/strong>, depending on network speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Staff Login Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Go to your company website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Locate the Profile icon<\/strong> or Login<\/strong> button in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Click and enter your login credentials (sent via email during account setup).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. Once logged in, staff can access the dashboard, manage tasks, and use platform features according to their assigned roles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    This structure ensures smooth access for staff while maintaining control over permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
