The Global Search<\/strong> feature allows you to quickly locate any record across the platform without opening individual modules or menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the search bar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Type any keyword, such as a tenant name, branch name, location, property reference, or other relevant detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The system will instantly scan all modules and display matching results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Example:<\/strong>
    Typing \u201cIbadan\u201d will return all records related to Ibadan, including tenants, branches, or properties.
    Clicking on a result takes you directly to its page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Create New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. A modal window appears showing different options such as adding a tenant, property, branch, or other records supported by your setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the record type you want to create.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. The system opens the creation form for you to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
