The Security & Configuration<\/strong> section allows you to manage your personal information, company identity settings, signatures, communication details, and key security controls. Each feature helps you keep your account secure and ensure your company\u2019s documents and communications are properly branded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile & Personal Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this area, you can update all personal and company-related details associated with your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Change your profile picture<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Edit your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Update any information you entered during account registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rewrite your bio using the built-in AI Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    To refine your bio, simply type your content and ask the AI to \u201cmake it professional,\u201d \u201cmake it formal,\u201d or any style you prefer. The AI will generate a polished version instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Signature Section<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Signature Section allows you to upload or create the official signatures used in your company documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Add signatures for authorized personnel such as co-founders, directors, or administrators<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Upload an existing signature image<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Draw a new signature using your mouse or trackpad<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Undo mistakes or clear the signature and start over<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      After completing a signature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter the signer\u2019s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        These stored signatures will automatically appear on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Receipts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Any document generated by your company within the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Wallet PIN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          This section allows you to manage your Wallet PIN, which helps protect your financial actions within the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Create a new Wallet PIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Reset the PIN if you forget it<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Change your account password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            If you forget your password, simply log out and use the Forgot Password<\/strong> option on the login page to reset it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Company Bank Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            This is one of the most important security sections.
            Here, you must enter your company\u2019s correct bank account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            This bank account is used for all wallet withdrawals<\/strong>.
            Whenever you request a withdrawal from your company wallet, the funds will be sent directly to the bank account saved here. Make sure this information is accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Customer SMS Name<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The Customer SMS Name allows you to customize the sender name that appears when clients receive SMS notifications from your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • You can enter up to 11 characters<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • After entering the name, click Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              This helps brand your SMS messages and makes them instantly recognizable to your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Email Configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              This section allows your company to send emails using your own mail server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              By default, the system sends all email notifications through Our Property NG<\/strong> servers.
              However, if your company uses its own SMTP service<\/strong>, your technical team can enter the SMTP details here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Once configured:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • All outgoing system emails will be sent using your company\u2019s email identity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • This increases branding and improves deliverability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                You can also review all communication logs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Go to Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Select Email<\/strong> or SMS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  You will see a complete history of all notifications sent to your clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
