Upgrading Your Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your subscription level depends on the features, capacity, and resources your company requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As your business grows, you may eventually outgrow the Free Plan\u2014for example, when you begin managing more properties, add more staff, or require additional system features. In this case, you can upgrade to the Basic Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Upgrade Rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Once you upgrade from the Free Plan, you cannot return to it.<\/strong>
    This is because your account expands and begins to use more system resources, which the Free Plan cannot support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The same rule applies when upgrading from Basic to Premium.<\/strong>
    After moving to the Premium Plan<\/strong>, you cannot downgrade back to Basic.

    • Unlimited system capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      To subscribe, simply contact our support team for pricing and setup assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Subscription Expiry & Reactivation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If your subscription expires and you do not renew for one or two months, there is no penalty.
