The selected level determines who can apply to your company listings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a potential tenant applies with a profile below your chosen level, the app will prompt them to <strong>upgrade their account<\/strong> to meet the required level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Note:<\/strong> These settings only apply to potential tenants using the <strong>Our Property NG app<\/strong>, available on <strong>Google Play Store<\/strong> and <strong>Apple App Store<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before selecting a tier, carefully read and understand the requirements each level entails to ensure your choice matches your property\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tier Levels<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tier 1<\/strong> \u2013 Verified Contact Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants have verified <strong>email<\/strong> and <strong>phone numbers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable for occupants with valid contact information only.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tier 2<\/strong> \u2013 Verified Contact + Address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants have verified contact information <strong>and a traceable address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable for occupants with verified names, contact info, and verified addresses.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tier 3<\/strong> \u2013 Full KYC Verification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants have verified names that match their <strong>government-issued ID<\/strong> and a facial verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes verified contact information and address (with a government utility bill).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tier 4<\/strong> \u2013 Experienced App Users<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants have completed all verification levels and are familiar with using the app, or have recently rented a property through it.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tier 5<\/strong> \u2013 Advanced \/ Rare Users<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants have full profile verification, have used the app for over a year, and may be <strong>influencers or service providers<\/strong> with proper recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not recommended for general selection due to rarity.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tier 1 to 2 recomended, after reviewing all tiers, <strong>select your preferred level<\/strong> and click <strong>Update<\/strong> to save your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Save Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After editing any section, click the <strong>\u201cUpdate\u201d<\/strong> button to apply the changes across your company dashboard and website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the update is successful, a <strong>confirmation email<\/strong> will be sent to your <strong>registered company email address<\/strong> to acknowledge the change.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Changes will not take effect until you click the Update button.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Always save after each edit to ensure your company information stays current and visible across the platform.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Screening Configuration The Tenant\/Occupant Screening configuration allows you to set the KYC (Know Your Customer) level required for potential tenants applying to your properties.
