Partner Configuration <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Branch Manager<\/strong> role is responsible for managing branch operations, staff, properties, and client interactions. Each checkbox in the configuration panel allows you to control which actions the branch manager can perform. Untoggling any permission will restrict access to that feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To save changes, click Update<\/strong> after making your selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Can view and reply branch messages<\/strong> \u2013 Access and respond to messages received at the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can add\/delete branch staff<\/strong> \u2013 Manage branch staff accounts, including adding new staff or removing existing staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can add\/delete branch properties<\/strong> \u2013 Add new properties or remove properties managed by the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can view and edit branch profile<\/strong> \u2013 Update branch details such as contact information and profile settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can upgrade or downgrade branch staff account<\/strong> \u2013 Adjust staff roles and access levels within the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can view call request<\/strong> \u2013 Monitor incoming call requests from clients or tenants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can check in visitors<\/strong> \u2013 Record visitor entries and manage visitor logs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can view property request<\/strong> \u2013 Access requests related to properties, including inquiries and bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can create examine<\/strong> \u2013 Generate examination tasks or evaluations related to branch operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can manage inspections<\/strong> \u2013 Oversee property inspections, including scheduling and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can create and manage announcements<\/strong> \u2013 Publish and manage branch-wide announcements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can add and manage tenants\/occupants<\/strong> \u2013 Maintain tenant records and occupancy information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can view and reply property reviews<\/strong> \u2013 Monitor and respond to reviews submitted by clients or tenants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can add and manage landlords\/landlady<\/strong> \u2013 Maintain records of property owners associated with the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can view complaints<\/strong> \u2013 Access complaints submitted by tenants or clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can create inventory<\/strong> \u2013 Add and manage branch inventory records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can create service provider<\/strong> \u2013 Add or manage service providers linked to the branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can check in and manage vehicle records<\/strong> \u2013 Record and manage vehicle access and parking logs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Can approve and refund caution deposit<\/strong> \u2013 Authorize and process tenant deposit refunds.
