Admin Configuration <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company Director<\/strong> role has the same level of control as the company owner. To limit permissions for other users with admin roles, simply untoggle the desired feature and click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add another admin to your company, go to Settings \u2192 Others \u2192 Add Director<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Admin Configuration<\/strong> panel, each checkbox controls which features a director can access. Any permission that is untoggled will be restricted, even for users with admin roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Add Other Directors<\/strong> \u2013 Allows the director to add new company directors with assigned permissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  3. Manage Messages & Reviews<\/strong> \u2013 Grants access to view, respond, and manage client messages, inquiries, and reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Notification Preferences<\/strong> \u2013 Allows configuring system notifications for emails, SMS, or push alerts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Reset System Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Lets the director reset system configurations to default for troubleshooting or reconfiguration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Customize Appearance<\/strong> \u2013 Access to branding and UI settings, including logos, colors, and dashboard layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Manage Enrollment Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Controls onboarding and enrollment configurations for staff or clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Set Authorized Signature<\/strong> \u2013 Assigns signatures for official documents, invoices, or approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Change Wallet PIN<\/strong> \u2013 Ability to update the security PIN for company wallet transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Update Bank Details<\/strong> \u2013 Grants permission to update company bank account information for transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Modify SMS Sender Name<\/strong> \u2013 Allows changing the sender name for system-generated SMS messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Configure SMTP Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Provides access to email server settings to manage email delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Edit Services<\/strong> \u2013 Ability to add, update, or remove services offered by the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Manage Subscription Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Grants control over subscription plans and payment configurations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Access Management Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Configure roles, permissions, and access levels for all staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Modify Company Information<\/strong> \u2013 Allows updating company details like name, address, or contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Full Wallet Access<\/strong> \u2013 Provides complete access to company wallet, including transactions and history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Activate Add-on<\/strong> \u2013 Permission to enable or disable add-ons or extra software features.
