Company Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When setting up your account, the Company Name<\/strong> you entered is verified against your CAC certificate<\/strong> to make sure it matches your registered business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing Your Company Name<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you ever need to change your company name (for example, you have a new CAC certificate), just send an email to hello@ourproperty.ng<\/strong> explaining the reason for the change and attach your updated CAC document.
Want to adjust how your name appears \u2014 maybe fix a spelling or switch between upper and lower case? No problem! Send us a quick email and we\u2019ll update it for you once verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing Your Company Email<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To update your company email address, send a message to hello@ourproperty.ng<\/strong> or reach out to your Account Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your new email is approved, the old one will no longer work for login. You\u2019ll start using the new email to access your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Updating Other Company Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Need to make several changes at once \u2014 like your CAC number, company address, phone number, or registration date<\/strong>?
Simply contact your Account Manager<\/strong> or email hello@ourproperty.ng<\/strong> to request a reset<\/strong>. This allows you to return to the setup page and re-enter your company details correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verification Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you edit any company details, the update will appear as Pending<\/strong> until verified by our admin team.
Once verified, you can only make further edits by emailing us or contacting your Account Manager for approval.

Saving and Applying Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any update or modification made to your company listing website settings<\/strong> may take 40 seconds to 3 minutes<\/strong> to reflect, depending on your browser and internet speed.
After making changes, allow a few moments before refreshing the page to see the updates take effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Save Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. After editing any section, click the \u201cUpdate\u201d<\/strong> button to apply the changes across your company dashboard and website.

  2. Once the update is successful, a confirmation email<\/strong> will be sent to your registered company email address<\/strong> to acknowledge the change.
