How To Add, Verify Company Address & Logo


Head Office Address #

In this section, you’re required to enter your head office address.
If your company has multiple branches, you can add them under:
Management → Staff & Branch → Create New Branch or Edit Current Branch to include their addresses.

When filling out your head office details:

  • Select your State, Local Government Area (LGA), and City — each selection depends on the previous one.
  • In the Street/Office Number field, only include your building name, street number, and street name. Don’t include your state, city, or LGA here — the system automatically generates those.
  • Avoid using area names as street names (e.g., “Ikeja Road”). Instead, use a hyphen to separate them (e.g., “Ikeja-Road”) to ensure the system accepts it.
  • To verify your address, you can upload a matching utility bill or receipt (optional)

    A verified address displays a “Verified” tag on your company profile, which builds trust and credibility with clients and prospects.

Your address and company phone number will appear across your:

  • Company details on the website
  • Mobile app
  • Invoices and receipts

Make sure to use valid and active contact numbers. If you have fewer than four phone numbers, include at least one — the field cannot be left blank.


Company Logo (Light & Dark Mode) #

Our Property NG supports two logo types:

  • Light Mode Logo – used when the background is dark
  • Dark Mode Logo – used when the background is light

This ensures your brand always looks professional, whether viewed on the website or in the mobile app, regardless of the user’s device theme.

Logo Requirements:

  • White or transparent background
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • Image dimensions: between 250px and 600px wide (recommended size: 160px × 450px)

Saving and Applying Changes

Any update or modification made to your company listing website settings may take 40 seconds to 3 minutes to reflect, depending on your browser and internet speed.
After making changes, allow a few moments before refreshing the page to see the updates take effect.


How to Save Changes #

  1. After editing any section, click the “Update” button to apply the changes across your company dashboard and website.
  2. Once the update is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered company email address to acknowledge the change.

Important Note #

⚠️ Changes will not take effect until you click the Update button.
Always save after each edit to ensure your company information stays current and visible across the platform.
