Not mandatory, adding pictures here improves internal management and reference. You can upload up to 6 images and drag your preferred photo to the first position to set it as the default display image.
YouTube Link Overview
Update or modify the existing YouTube video link to enhance your property listing with a virtual tour or walkthrough. This optional feature allows potential clients to better visualize the space.
Simply paste a valid YouTube URL – once saved, the video will automatically display across all units under the property.
Category Overview
Update the property category if there has been a change in its usage. The selected category continues to determine the available features, tools, and how your property is organized within the system. Accurate categorization ensures your property remains properly managed and represented.
Property Name Overview
Modify the property name as it appears on your dashboard and listings. Ensure the new name reflects the property’s identity – such as a known building name, project title, or a unique reference – to help you and your team easily identify it. Examples include “Victoria Heights” or “Flat 10B – Ocean View.”
State Overview
If the property’s state has changed or was previously selected incorrectly, you can update it here. This will adjust the available Local Government Area (LGA) and City/Area dropdowns accordingly. Keeping state and region data accurate ensures effective location mapping and property grouping.
Street Name/Number Overview
Edit the street name and number of the property to reflect accurate address details. Avoid including the LGA or city here, and keep formatting simple for better data processing. For example: “12A Bourdillon Road” or “Plot 8, Adeola Hopewell.”
Edit Coordinate Tour Guide
This step allows you to update the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the property. Accurate coordinates help improve location precision on the map, making it easier for tenants, agents, and visitors to find the property. You can manually input the coordinates or drag the map pin to the exact location. Use this feature especially when adjusting or correcting a previously set property location. Once updated, the new position will reflect across your listing and internal records.
Landlord Selection Overview
Change the associated landlord if ownership or management has shifted. Select from your list of saved landlords in Management > Landlords. If the correct landlord doesn’t appear, their details must be added first. Proper linkage ensures smooth rent tracking and documentation.
Branch Assignment Overview
If the property now belongs to a different operational zone or management unit, update the branch here. This ensures reporting, task assignments, and staff visibility stay aligned with your current structure. To manage branches, go to Management > Staff & Branches.
Account Manager Overview
Reassign the Account Manager if the person overseeing this property has changed. Choose from existing staff under Management > Staff & Branches. This ensures financial operations, communication, and reporting are handled by the right individual going forward.
Staff Assignment Overview
Modify the team assigned to this property. You can add or remove staff such as supervisors, field agents, or maintenance officers based on current roles and responsibilities. Updates here directly affect task assignment and reporting visibility across the platform.
