
Colleague Configuration #
The Account Manager role assists with daily branch operations, property management, and client interactions. Each permission below controls what actions an account manager can perform. Disabling a permission will restrict access to that feature.
Important: Account managers can only access properties assigned to them within their branch. Branch managers, however, have oversight over all account managers in their branch, while account managers are limited to the properties specifically assigned to them.
After updating your selections, be sure to click Update to save all changes.
Permissions Overview #
Can add and manage tenants/occupants
Allows the user to register new tenants, update their information, and manage occupancy records.
Can view service provider
Grants access to view the list of approved artisans and service providers linked to the branch.
Can create and manage announcements
Enables posting, editing, or removing branch announcements for staff or clients.
Can add/delete branch properties
Allows the user to create new property records or remove outdated/incorrect property entries.
Can view call request
Provides access to view incoming call requests submitted by clients or tenants.
Can create inventory
Enables recording and managing asset or equipment inventories for the branch.
Can check in and manage vehicle records
Allows logging vehicle entries and managing vehicle access history.
Can add and manage landlords/landladies
Grants permission to register, update, or manage property owner profiles.
Can check in visitors
Permits recording visitor entries, verifying details, and managing visitor logs.
Can manage calendar
Allows scheduling events, appointments, and reminders linked to branch activities.
Can create examine
Enables the user to generate examinations or evaluation tasks where required.
Can view complaints
Provides access to view complaints submitted by tenants, clients, or property owners.
Can manage inspections
Allows the user to conduct, update, and manage property inspection records.
Can view and reply branch messages
Grants permission to access and respond to internal communication or client messages sent to the branch.
