Partner Configuration
The Branch Manager role is responsible for managing branch operations, staff, properties, and client interactions. Each checkbox in the configuration panel allows you to control which actions the branch manager can perform. Untoggling any permission will restrict access to that feature.
To save changes, click Update after making your selections.
Permissions Overview #
- Can view and reply branch messages – Access and respond to messages received at the branch.
- Can add/delete branch staff – Manage branch staff accounts, including adding new staff or removing existing staff.
- Can add/delete branch properties – Add new properties or remove properties managed by the branch.
- Can view and edit branch profile – Update branch details such as contact information and profile settings.
- Can upgrade or downgrade branch staff account – Adjust staff roles and access levels within the branch.
- Can view call request – Monitor incoming call requests from clients or tenants.
- Can check in visitors – Record visitor entries and manage visitor logs.
- Can view property request – Access requests related to properties, including inquiries and bookings.
- Can create examine – Generate examination tasks or evaluations related to branch operations.
- Can manage inspections – Oversee property inspections, including scheduling and reporting.
- Can create and manage announcements – Publish and manage branch-wide announcements.
- Can add and manage tenants/occupants – Maintain tenant records and occupancy information.
- Can view and reply property reviews – Monitor and respond to reviews submitted by clients or tenants.
- Can add and manage landlords/landlady – Maintain records of property owners associated with the branch.
- Can view complaints – Access complaints submitted by tenants or clients.
- Can create inventory – Add and manage branch inventory records.
- Can create service provider – Add or manage service providers linked to the branch.
- Can check in and manage vehicle records – Record and manage vehicle access and parking logs.
- Can approve and refund caution deposit – Authorize and process tenant deposit refunds.
⚠️ Important: Always review the permissions you assign to branch managers and click Update to ensure all changes are applied correctly.
